A well-drafted supply contract specifying clear terms and conditions will help avoid misunderstandings preventing disputes over alleged breaches of obligations between parties. It should clearly cover matters such as price, delivery method, exclusivity, and quality.

Unsecured Loans are loans that do not require the borrower to provide the lender with collateral, usually because of the creditworthiness of the borrower. Because the loan is not secured against the borrower's assets, such as property, it is important to draft an agreement that clearly sets out the terms on which money has been lent.
